The Aragon Government Department of Economy and Employment, though the Trade Fair and Arts and Crafts Service provided by the Directorate General of Commerce and Arts and Crafts, is responsible for promoting and planning trade fairs and events organised in the Aragon Region.
Its activities include sector planning, managing the registry of events and the available grants, drawing up the annual Trade Fair calendar, organising technical days and producing publications of interest to the sector.
In terms of the activities to promote the sector carried out by the Aragon Government, highlights include supporting the Aragon Trade Fair Association, which brings together the main trade fair institutions in the Region.
